The Arden is a pet-friendly community! We invite you to bring your pet by for a tour and a treat! Two pets max, no weight restrictions, but breed restrictions do apply. Restricted breeds include the following:

• Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Presa Canarios
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Rottweilers
• Chows
• Akitas
• Wolf Hybrids

and all “mixes” of the above breeds.

Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are not allowed due to liability reasons.

Maximum 2 pets allowed. Pet Rent $20/month per pet. $400 non-refundable fee for one pet, $600 non-refundable pet fee for two pets.
